Welcome to davidmschrader.com.
This is a new and completely revised website that was originally built
in conjunction with the printing of ten note cards of my coastal and marine-life
imagery. The site now includes portfolios of my open edition art show
work. The "Limited Edition Prints" section is now complete.
I'm happy to announce that two
of my dolphin images were used in a newly released CD of Frank Zappa's
music. The album's title is "Zappa, Trance-Fusion"
and the images were incorporated into the CD's description sheet and on
the CD itself. The photos used were "Dolphin Patrol"
and "Voyagers," both of which can
be found in the "Open Edition Prints" section
of this website. Most weekends my work can be viewed at the Santa
Barbara Arts & Crafts Show. The show
exhibits every Sunday and holidays at Chase Palm park along Cabrillo Blvd.
adjacent to the Santa Barbara waterfront. My photography display can be
found directly across the street from the park's carousel. If you're planning
a weekend trip to Santa Barbara, please feel free to stop by my exhibit
and say hello (e-mail me ahead of time to confirm that I'll be there).
The show is the oldest continuing outdoor art show of its kind in the
U.S. and is a definite Santa Barbara "must see." |
